Hi, I’m Heather, and I’m the Front Desk Coordinator here at the salon. With over five years of customer service experience, I love creating a warm, welcoming experience from the moment you walk through our doors. Whether I’m scheduling appointments, answering product questions, or helping coordinate your visit, my goal is to make every experience feel smooth, personalized, and stress-free.

I’ve always been drawn to the beauty industry because I love connecting with people and helping them feel their best. One of my favorite parts of my role is helping clients discover products and routines that keep their hair looking and feeling amazing long after they leave the salon. I want every guest to feel cared for, comfortable, and confident that they’re in great hands.

My go-to products are R+Co Suncatcher Power C Nourish + Refresh Styling Spray for heat protection and refreshing hair between washes, Oribe Supershine Light for lightweight hydration and shine, and R+Co On A Cloud Bond Building + Repair Styling Oil to help tame frizz while strengthening and repairing hair.

When I’m not at the salon, you’ll usually find me outdoors with my husband, especially during hunting season, checking out a new coffee spot, baking something sweet, or planning my next trip back home to the South to spend time with family and friends.
